"After dealing with a headache of another dentist office trying to pull a fast one on me and telling me I needed a $1200 deep cleaning.. I chose to walk out and go on the hunt for another dentist and obtain a second opinion. Dr. Starks and her team were great! This was my first time here and neither her or her team advised I needed a deep cleaning. Her team performed a standard cleaning and advised of gum recession (which I know about) and I also learned something new about the permanent retainer I have so Dr. Starks provided me with her recommendation(s) to ensure I keep my oral hygiene and teeth in good shape and I definitely appreciated her informing me of what can happen. I think I have found my new dentist!! Her and her team were friendly and professional from the moment I walked in (big difference from the first place I tried).
