"This is an update of a 5-star review I left 3 years ago, shortly after receiving my implants and over dentures. It pains me that I must leave this review, but long term experience provides a different perspective. Now I must tell you to run as far away from this practice as possible. Since receiving the overdenture and implants, lots has transpired. While Dr. Welebir is still associated with the practice, he has mostly divorced himself opting to spend the bulk of his time at another business in California, teaching implant dentistry to others. It is my understanding that the practice was sold to a large corporate entity During the past 3 years, one of the implants fell out completely. The upper and lower overdentures broke several times, requiring that they be remade. In the last year, the uppers split into two unusable pieces, and Welebir made numerous changes (fixes)… but after 6 months, that overdenture started falling out of my mouth from simply talking. When I went to get that addressed, the “solution” was to simply change the relatively new magnets. However, that “solution” has turned out to be meaningless since in just one month, the same issue exists again. Over the course of the past 2 winters, I have asked for a long term solution. I had to deal with his office manager “Jenny” who is the 3rd person in that position since I started with them. Ideally I wanted to see what insurance might possibly cover with a bit being covered from the end of one year, and the beginning of the next. There was never any follow up the first year. I must also add that I had complained about her attitude and lack of service only to hear that she complained about me. With all the issues this past year, I asked again for a long term solution. I have no idea whether or not she consulted with Welebir before giving me any information, but I can say that I received a variety of changing stories , options and costs which was extremely frustrating. I would expect far better support and service after spending over $30,000! My frustrations with “Jenny” were evident at my last encounter. At that time one of the techs wanted to join the fray and he was of no help whatsoever. I asked him to simply step away, and to shut up as this time they said there was only one solution and that of course was the most expensive one. If this were the ONLY option, that simply meant that all the previous promises and assurances were simply lies. I was told that maybe I’d be better off going elsewhere. So I started my search to get answers. I went to a highly regarded Prostedontist who informed me that the original implant were incorrect and required complete removal and replacement. I was also told by both the Prostedontist and another implant specialist that the guidance provided by “Jenny” also lacked credibility. Upon receiving a formal letter to go away, both of the new consultants felt that the new corporate owners knew that my treatments had been screwed up and that this was a way to “wipe their hands clean” of both me and the overall issues as it was likely there would be ongoing problems. Indeed, there have been. As I mentioned previously, the uppers again fall out simply from talking. Today, the lowers that were replaced less than 1 year ago, broke into two pieces. Basically, the 30k paid to Axiom has been a total waste of money. The anguish caused by this as well as having to deal with one of the absolute worst employees I’ve had to deal with in all my years, I have no choice but to encourage anyone reading this to run away from this organization as fast as possible and go elsewhere… go anywhere but here."

"I had an unfortunate event occur at my regular dentist. I was completely devastated, scared, overwhelmed, frustrated, embarrassed and over the amount of trips and money to fix a mistake that had happened. To which at this point Matt from Axiom implant & oral surgery stepped in, to the rescue! He was so kind and considerate, confident and compassionate, honest and so informative! He took on such a difficult situation and gave me all my options and was willing to go the distance to fix a mistake he had no knowledge of prior. His staff and associates are all very knowledgeable and very family oriented and made my husband and I feel right at home. I have had to have multiple procedures to correct a lot of trauma that happened to just one tooth. My front tooth! Yes I was mortified! From the start I was made an Invisalign that had a tooth in it that I could wear so that I would not be so embarrassed to talk or go out. The flipper is the proper term. From then I new from the sense of urgency by everyone there I would be ok. I had an infection cleared I had a bone graft, I had a metal post surgically implanted as well as several months of healing between each procedure and e rays to insure that this was getting done RIGHT! He was always so positive with the information given and his staff always had the same energy! They are all awesome human beings! Yesterday I had my new tooth installed and I couldn’t be more impressed nor happy about how it all came together! This Man is an Artist! Truly talented at what he does. And the lab got it right! Finally quality and reliability in a Dentistry I’ve never had before. The vibes in the office are so uplifting and dope. And everyone there is so amazing. Thank you to you all. "This place is awesome! Everyone was super friendly and Dr. Welebir is the nicest guy you'll ever meet! I never felt any pain other then after surgery, which was very minor and with the help of pain pills almost non existent. They put you to sleep and when you wake up, all the old stuff is cleaned out and the new implants are in and with a small period for the gums to heal, you're good to go! I'm terrified of the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable and worry free! The best part of course, is my new teeth!! I love them and I'm back to my old self and not embarrassed to talk or smile. I couldn't be happier! It's like a fresh start with a brand new life!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Welebir and his staff and I'll be going back to get my bottoms done, just as soon as possible! Thanks again everyone at Axiom, I can't thank you enough!!"

"Had a full mouth restoration and can’t be more satisfied. Dr Welliber was extremely thorough and professional, explaining everything along the way. His staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Process took several months to finish from beginning to end but I had extensive work that needed to be done-I’d essentially ground down my teeth to half their size over the years. Price was as promised as well. I would highly recommend!"

"I went to 3 different implant specialist before I found Dr. Welebir. I didn’t feel comfortable with the other places I went to but when I walked into AXIOM Dental I knew I was in the right place. The staff was so friendly, compassionate, understanding, and very accommodating. Dr. Welebir made it his priority to make sure I understood everything that would be going on. He spent a good 2 hours with me going over every detail. My surgery was scheduled and I was pleasantly surprised when they anastesologist called me just to make sure I was good and to answer any questions I had. Afterward I was given Dr. Welebirs cell number so if needed absolutely anything I could call him day or night. He’s given me so much confidence again and his staff make me feel like family. I am so blessed to have met all of them and beyond grateful for everything they’ve done. I would recommend them every time!!"
