"Called to try to have an estimate for my car to be towed. Was answered by a very annoyed woman who very quickly interrupted me, told me she was too busy dispatching vehicles to help, said she had to call me back, didn't ask for my number, hung up on me, and never called back. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere"

"This towing company is partnered at mt HOA. I parked my car outside of my own house that we own and they still tow my car and had to pay $250 to get my car back after it was parked on the street outside of my own home. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and hung up the phone in my face. I missed work because the lady did not want to come in at 6am so told me to wait til 8am to get my own car. The lady also didn’t believe that I owned the car that was towed. These people are rude and is horrible at customer service. I park my car that I own outside of the house that I own and it gets towed and they made me pay $250 to get my own car back. Worst service ever they do not care and are rude."
