VQ Nails

"BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION *ELDER ABUSE* i have been going to this location for 7 months. I begin to notice the lady that does my nails, Pricilla, upcharges me if I do not receive more than one service. i.e. pedicure along with a fill. 35 dollars here then 55-60 dollars there then 45 dollars. I am a regular customer and have been getting my nails done for 40 years so I know what my services costs. 30$. This location has nothing but elderly customers and to take advantage of elderly customers, up charging them is HORRIBLE. I am sure I not the only one. I finally confronted her and she made a terrible case of scamming her customers as these types always do. Saying my nails were long and she had to spend more time when that was untrue as my length stays the same. She gets mad and rude if you don't want more than one service, speaks badly about you in Vietnamese (yep I can understand) and then here comes the up charge at the end of the service when you cant do anything about it. SCAM!!! Be careful as this establishment PREYS on the elderly. #FACTS"

"BEWARE OF THE UP CHARGES. I have been solely going to this nailshop. Presilla was doing my nails. EVERYTIME I go and don't get more than one service she adds 20 to 15 dollars to my service. It's a different price everytime for the same service. That makes no sense. I was a regular customer and this is bad business to take advantage of your customer after they received service as now there's nothing you can do. She is not an honest person and I will never go back. Horrible!!!!"

"I have been going to VQ for my pedicures and just love the stmosphere..its quiet and relaxing. BUT don't get the man to do your pedicures.!!! He is very rough not gentle at all. I got stuck with him twice now and both times he cut me causing me to bleed. The first time using the cheese grater and this time just the foot scrubber pad. Also he cuts the nails wsy too short. I shouldn't be in pain the day after a supposed to be relaxing pedicure. Avoid him at all costs!!!"
