"I was hoping for the best prior to my visit because it was close 5o my home and I see it's usually always busy. So I told them what I wanted, but they just went ahead and did what they wanted to do, then tried to play the "tire es no good" to get me to replace tires i didnt need to I brought one tire to replace one that was on my car already and I had another tire that was a just shy of fitting on my rim it was too big, it is a brand new cooper low profile tire and asked him if he would trade me for a size that would fit, acted like he didnt understand english but heard him talking to his buddy in spanish saying he understood but was playing stupid.ind you i am hispanic and i speak spanish however english is my first language so thats what i spoke to them and they didnt know i spoke spanish or understand it. I dont like that kind of shady "cash only" types if business and will not be going back. Ultimately they swapped out one tire with my own tire and charges me $40 for mount and balance on one tire plus kept the tire they said was no good so i spent $50 including tip for one tire, which i guess is reasonable."
