"I needed a rear transmission seal replaced. I spoke with JR, and he recommended a few other parts and then showed me what they were when I got there. He then showed me my transmission mount that was cracked . Mind you, I was 15 feet away . So there was no mistake it came off my truck. We spoke a little while he was working on my truck, and I felt like family. I had called a few other shops in town and didn't get the same feeling from them.
