"Every time I go there the team is friendly and helpful. Today, I got there 5 minutes before my appointment, new team was there, I checked in, and the wait was 3 minutes as I'm next. This lady took another person before me and my wait time jumped to 20 minutes. I tried to tell her that and she started arguing with me as I'm wrong and he was before me and my wait time was never 3 minutes. I left and I will never come back. Not just for this location, I'll never go back to sport clips."
"I recently visited a salon, and the stylist inadvertently cut my hair shorter than I desired. Politely, I requested not to touch my bangs, but unfortunately, four inches were trimmed. This experience has led me to the decision to discontinue patronizing that particular salon. I am sincerely moving on from that establishment.. Im seriously done with sports clips"

"Got a terrible hair cut today. Told the guy take an inch off bangs and square in the back. Once It dried at home I realized he took nothing off the top and did not square in the back. 2nd worst cut I've ever had! Won't be going back. I'll find a proper barber instead."
"I had a terrific experience at this location. I have very difficult hair to cut. I have two scars on my head. I am also have thinning hair and a receding hairline. My stylist was Kirsten. She took the time to listen to me and cut my hair in exactly the way I wanted it. She also recommended that I shave my eyebrows. I didn't even think of this. I have been to salons and paid over $100 at Michael Boychuck's Color in Caesars or on the upper east side in Manhattan. Sometimes I get a good cut. Sometimes I don't. What I really need is someone that is conscientious and cares. That is Kirsten. She even helped me find exactly the right product for my hair. I recommend this location and the stylist."
