"Tried to get a haircut today at the Anthem location and a specific haircutter. Have been there many times and have a particular haircutter that I like as she is very consistent with my haircut. I signed in ahead of time and showed up on time. Unfortunately, one person just ahead of me also asked for her. I was willing to wait, but this person obvioulsy was well known by this haircutter - I waited 30 minutes and she was still cutting his hair. They were talking and talking and talking,. I could not wait any longer as I had another commitment. A Haircut is not a social event. Another haircutter completed two haircuts while my haircutter was still with this person. I left and will not use her again. She knew I was waiting but was so engaged with conversation with her customer, I guess it didn't make any difdference. Really disappointed."

"My 81 year old father was beyond due for a haircut, and we were able to go online, check in, and 20 minutes later they were ready for him. Vanessa was so kind, patient, and made him sooo happy with his cut. She trimmed his eyebrows, and he was smiling from ear to ear. Definitely going back! Thank you!"

"Excellent haircut every time! I checked in online and showed up to the Anthem location and sat right down. I always have a great experience and leave with a sharp looking haircut. I have had my haircut by 3 different ladies but they all have the notes in the computer on what I like and my hair turns out perfect each and every time! Thank you all for your professionalism! "Terrible cut. Not at all what I asked for. Lost inches of my hair for absolutely nothing, will never go back. I asked for layers, no length removed. Lost at least 3 inches of length. Asked for the shortest layer to be at collarbone- it’s at my chin. And on top of the ridiculous length difference- it’s a completely uneven cut, looks so bad and bulky, I now have to go pay extra to get it fixed and get even more hair cut off. Such a disappointment, years of hair grow outs wasted all because I decided to pop in here for a trim"
