Presidential Limousine

"Presidential limousine service is no longer what it used to be. Used them back in 2015 for the airport package and it was an amazing experience. Decided to use them again two weeks ago for the same package. Even though your booking says "champagne included" they have to stop by the liquor store, which is in the middle of nowhere and with crazy prices. You have to spend at least 40 usd of overpriced booze so that they give you the champagne bottle you already paid for in the package. Also, they start calculating your hour the moment the plane touches down, so by the time you reach them, you only have half an hour left, add in the liquor shop stop and they the driver had to rush us to the hotel from the back streets. Overpriced for the experience it no longer is."

"I had a great experience using Presidential Limos for my wedding week in Vegas! I booked our rides over the phone and the person I talked to answered all of my questions. Very easy booking process. Gordon was our driver to/from the airport. He met us at our luggage carousel and helped with our mass amount of bags. He is clearly very knowledgeable about all things Vegas - when we mentioned we needed to go by the bureau for our marriage license, he took us to where the marriage bureau had a pop-up right inside the airport! It saved us a trip later that day. We stopped at the liquor store to stock up before hitting our room and Gordon provided complimentary champagne. He was equally helpful with bags and drop off back at the airport on our way out. I believe Paul was the name of our driver on our wedding day - we also had a great experience with Paul! He was able to take my husband and I to our venue, head back to the resort and corral our family members, and bring them back to meet us very promptly. The complimentary champagne again was a great touch. Will definitely be booking with Presidential again on my next trip back to Vegas! Thanks so much for making our wedding week special."

"What a great experience! Booked a Limo from the airport to our hotel and then a return trip to the airport. The drivers were on time. The sparkling wine was flowing all the way to the hotel. Stopped at a liquor store for us on the way to the hotel so we could stock up. A fantastic way to start our Vegas experience. On our way back to the airport the traffic was terrible (the Sunday before the Super Bowl) but the driver was able to circumvent the traffic and walked us to the ticketing area so we could check our luggage. As a business owner I appreciate this company’s understanding of customer service, their online scheduling is awesome and the drivers are top notch. Made my wife’s first visit to Las Vegas and Limo ride one to remember. Made our anniversary and birthdays awesome. Thank you."

"The service received from Presidential Limousine was EXCELLENT! I was in Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday with a group of 10 ppl. I spoke with Earnest who assisted me with my order. Earnest was very attentive to my needs & did a great job following up with all my questions for my big day! Our driver Carey was awesome! He arrived on time, very attentive, true gentlemen, & very accommodating to our needs. After handing him our itinerary for the evening, when we called, he was there within 5min. The Limo was well kept & clean. I highly recommend this company & I will definitely use their services again! Thanks you Earnest & Carey!"
