"I have been going to Dr. Hahn since I moved to Las Vegas 10 years ago. I just can't take the rudeness of his administrative staff anymore. Dr. Hahn is amazing but he can't get hygienists to stay with him and Jackie at the front desk is horrible. Today after 10 years, she refused to let me make a cleaning appointment for my husband. She kept repeating that if you are 18 years or older you must make your appointments. She refused to even acknowledge the fact that I have made his appointments the past 10 years. Two months ago, she cancelled my husbands appointment because the hygienist was sick and did not notify him. When he showed, on time, she did not even apologize. Instead she repeated the same "Thank you and have a nice day sir" multiple times. Jackie, we all realize that you can say FU without saying FU. My family of 4 is now in search of a new dentist."
