"I had aterrible experience with Don's DI Auto. Not only did they give me an outrageously expensive estimate for repairs, but they also lost my key fob and then expected me to pay for it. Paul, the manager, was extremely unhelpful and argumentative, speaking down to me and raising his voice. He even threatened to impound my car if I didn't pick it up within 24 hours. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Their high Google rating must be a result of shady practices, as there is no way they could earn it legitimately. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Took them over 1 hour to get to my car, despite appointment, but once they did I was very happy with the service & attention given. Went in for alignment. Tech took the time to road test my car BOTH before & after alignment. I really liked that he actually felt & saw how my car was behaving, not just throw it on machine & say it's done. Also, they give you Before & After printouts of the alignment, with all areas in need of adjustment highlighted in red, then all areas green after alignment. My steering wheel was just off center & they took care of that too. In all, very affordable & quality alignment that I feel was done right."
