"Having a really hard time with the one star review from someone with a water heater issue. Definitely feel it is a THEM problem vs this company. Allen the owner went out of his way to help me figure something out over the phone first, and tried to get as much info from me as he could to try to show up with the right parts the first time, to save me money. Allen came ON TIME, the very next day, and did everything he could to maximize the time he was there fixing my trailer. i have used Allen before years back, and circled back around with him. So glad i did!! I would trust Allen to be in my trailer working on it without me around. He is not like lots of the RV mechanics i have ran into. He is trustworthy, friendly and likes to help people. He stayed in constant communication the entire time. Very knowledgable. 100% worth the money. I do not feel like i threw away money like i have on other repairs from other mechanics. Not to mention he SAVED MY TRIP!!"

"Alan is great! Don't look anywhere else. He came to our house to repair our Rv generator. Prior to coming he called me and walked me thru a few diagnostics so he knew exactly what to bring. He even charged me less than he quoted me over the phone because he finished the job faster than expected. He's very honest and I will share his info with all my RV friends."

"This is my second review in 4 months on this company. For some reason, my first review is gone from Google. ???? This company , Alan is the owner , should not be in business. He replaced my hot water heater 4 months ago. Now, today, there is a big big water leak under my RV. Good Sam Extended Warranty will be notified first thing in the morning. This owner, Alan, never never gave me a work order or receipt !!! LOOKOUT , customers, this company is very very unprofessional !!! HE IS EMBARRESSED TO ADMIT THAT HE HAS NOT FULFILLED HIS DUTIES ! AND HE PUTS ME AT FAULT AND PUTS ME DOWN! My advice for RV owners --- DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY."

"Awesome service. Alan is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. He fixed the gas burner on my refridgerator and serviced the bracketing on my ac unit. I thought I was going to need a whole new ac unit, but Alan found a solution to the problem by efficiently crafting a new metal bracket to fit what was needed. I will definitely recommend his service and use again in the future."
