"Our truck broke down near Las Vegas so I sent the driver to True Blue because he said he would fix my truck same day so I could make my scheduled load the next day. He spent maybe 5 min. diagnosing the truck. After calling around for parts, he called me back and said that nobody in town had the parts. He quoted parts costing $600, and labor another $500 which included a $200 computer hook up fee. Long story short, I ended up driving out there with the parts, fixing it myself. The parts only cost me $175. I replaced the part in 30 min. He would have billed me for 3 hours to install it. He knows he can overcharge Semi trucks when they aren't from that area. Do your homework, don't let him gouge you like he tried on me."
