"I had the absolute worst experience. I I'm new to the side of town and was looking for a good nail place, I did all my research; reviews on both Google and Yelp which were great reviews, compared to other nail spas in the area and they were listed number one everywhere I looked. Before I arrived to my appointment I made sure that they builder gel extensions using forms. They confirmed over the phone and when I arrived I reconfirmed again also showing photos/video of the technique Just in case there was a language barrier... They said yes. The first did my pedicure which looks like a kid did. At one point I had to ask for the tool to show her that there is still dirt and sock guck under my nail bed. After she told me multiple times it's nothing there. It's the color of your nails. While I was still getting my pedicure done the guy came over to start prepping my nails. He cut all of them down which he should not have done because I'm getting builders. Then he pulls out nail tips, I told him no, I do not want nail tips. I want builder gel with extender forms. He told me they cannot do that so I told him I will go to another place instead and I would just pay for my pedicure and tip him for cutting all my nails down short. Out there a few minutes of them talking back and forth. More than likely talking bad about me. The guy tells me okay. I can do it. It's just going to be hard. He had no idea what he was doing. I had to correct multiple mistakes as he was doing them and ended up charging me $165 for both my hands and feet."

"I came here after having a horrible experience at another nail salon down the road. The manager was very nice and welcoming. I came in without an appointment and they still were very accommodating. The place is clean and quiet which I like. An older lady did my pedi and she did a great job. Fast yet thorough. Corey did my mani and I am very happy with the results. He used to do my nails at another salon and just happened to be working today. He listened and took the time to make sure I was happy with the results. I'm in love with my nails and will be returning in the future."
