"They fixed my Jeep ok BUT LIED to me and that the rear tire was inspected and had NO visual damage! Then they mounted it back to hide the big divits on the side wall. I came back for a tail gate adjustment (that STILL doesn't close correctly) when I saw damage to spare tire. They kind of apologized and ordered a new one that I came back agian to have mounted. Here's a pic of my damaged tire from inside Gerber garage. Shame on them. Update 2023 my front bumper was obviously just spray painted. Was saposably replaced?? Had to have it repainted. These guys do lousy work. Shame on Geico for using this company."

"It’s very unfortunate to have to write a negative review, but my honest experience has been horrible and I wish I had chosen another company to work with. After 3 weeks my damages are still not repaired. I have been given the run around and received poor service from Angel Perez. I am still waiting for my tint to be fixed, which should have been completed the next day. But now I just get responses that the 3rd party company is to blame. Just like the glass company that’s shipped the glass arrived broke on two occasions. Asking for help has not gotten any results and I’ve now had to resort to this. More of my time and patience exhausted. I hope that corporate and other customers will be aware of this now."

"Very thankful for Gerber fixing up my car! I got rear ended back in November and the process of getting my car fixed with them was super easy. Took quite sometime to get an appointment with them since so many repairs shops are busy right now. But once I was able to get in I dropped it off on Dec 12th and picked it up on the 28th. There’s an Enterprise connected to their building so it made getting my rental super quick while my car was getting repaired. I mainly spoke with Daniel Nielson during the repair process. He did a great job at keeping me updated the entire time with what was going on with my car and what stage of the repair it was in. My car looks GREAT and I’ll definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs it! Thank you !"

"Took my car here for body repair because my insurance said repairs are guaranteed. Yeah, guaranteed to take forever. Twice they sent me emails that it will be ready only to send another the day before to say actually its going to be 2 more weeks with no apologyfor their miscommunications. Also, the receptionist is rude. I can't comment on the quality of the repair because THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR **REPLY TO "OWNER" BELOW: Hey I would love to talk to the manager, but when you call the location, you are put on hold for 10 seconds and then hung up on - every time. The repair is on a 2022 Hyundai for my son. His first name is Joseph, last name starts with S. Also UPDATE, just found out GERBER did not order correct parts and now will be keeping the car FOR ANOTHER MONTH and taking zero responsiblity for their error. JUST KEEPS GETTNG WORSE"
