"First appt today, just moved here in June. Where we came from, we started with that office, because my mom's cousin was the dentist. We ended up staying after he retired because we loved all of the partners. We had been with that office for over 20 years. With a state of healthcare in this country, and all of the bad things we have heard about Nevada healthcare, and we were super super worried about finding any kind of decent provider out here. We were set up for end of February for new patient exams and cleanings. Then one of us broke a tooth over the weekend and needed right in before it turned into something bad. Got right in, no questions asked. Saw Dr. Candy. No regrets at all about going to this office. It reminded us so much of the office we spent so many years at back home. They were also able to get my cleaning done in this visit so I don't have to go back later this month. Just have to go back to finish up the care on the broken tooth. Absolutely love that this office is not corporate. What a fantastic experience!"

"Dr. Smith is an absolutely amazing dentist and my son and I have seen her for many years. Unfortunately, since she sold the practice, this is not the great place it once was. First, my son had an appointment and their office called to confirm and asked if it would be okay if he saw the other dentist Candy Cong at his appointment. He had seen her before and wanted to only see Dr. Smith moving forward. He was at work so I called back and rescheduled it for the next day with Dr. Smith. It was a huge inconvenience because he doesn’t drive and I had to drive all the way across the valley to pick him up for this appointment because it was a day of the week he doesn’t work from home (the original appointment was a day we both work from home). However, after his appointment he told me that they had him see Candy Cong and didn’t even tell him in advance or explain why. Not okay. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for YEARS and have had implants, crowns, purchased mouth guards, all kinds of things. The new policy is that you have to pay ½ upfront to order a mouth guard. Not a nice way to treat long time patients. The prices have also gone up a LOT. There is a lack of professionalism. The lady that calls to confirm the appointments has a real problem with interrupting you in the middle of a sentence. She actually had the wrong patient pulled up when I called because she cut me off while I was speaking and did it to me at checkout of my own appointment as well. Lastly, the last assistant to take me back kept saying “Hey beautiful” to me which I don’t really think is professional. It is a whole different vibe and not a good one. Save that kind of talk for the salon. We will see Dr. Smith because she is the most talented, kind, and funny dentist we’ve ever had, but if she leaves, we will definitely not continue to use this office."
