"The driver was very rude from the moment I got in the car because I was going barely a 1 mile from the spot he was sitting at and the lady was guiding us who didn’t want to walk to a cab. He urges I get out and told me to shut up because it wasn’t worth a drive. He stated I should’ve walked. Why does it matter! It’s my card paying $12 for the maybe 8-10 minute walk that I wasn’t doing not yours. If you don’t like your job then quit. I didn’t tell you to sign up for it."
"We hopped in a cab at Fremont Street Experience and took it to Harmon. Cost $33+ tip. I wasn’t really paying attention to pricing and just wanted to head to my hotel “right at that moment”. Now I’m researching Uber to do that which is around $16. Hmmm. How does a cab compete? Apparently when folks like me don’t do proper research. The driver was nice. And it was 5pm on a weekday."
"They think they own the roads. When I was sitting and waiting on my wife to get off work this cab driver in 1361 tried to block me in and actually cussed me from his window. That is the only cab service I have problems with when waiting on my wife to get off work. Y'all don't own the roads. Learn some respect."
"Wish ZERO STARS was an option. The ride was fine but I asked before I got in the cab if he takes credit cards then at destination he says the machine is broken without even trying and he had already conveniently stopped near a very expensive ATM machine and pointed to it. The charge was $9.99 plus the $5 my bank charges adding $15 to the total. Then he was mad that I didn't tip him. Well earn your tips with good service and not deceiving your customers."
"Tried to take a 10 minute ride from one hotel in the strip to another hotel on the strip. The guy refused to take us and kicked us out of the car and left the taxi stand. Because of the commotion, left my phone in his car. Hours later, he was back at my hotel (could see it with phone tracking app). Dude refused to give me the phone, argued with me that I had to pay him to get my phone back. He was completely rude, and total scum. He made up a lie about someone told him to bring the phone back to my hotel but it was a lie. This company should be ashamed that they hire lying, slimy people to represent their brand. Even the hotel taxi stand guys banned the guy from returning."
