"I've been a patron of this dental practice for around five years. Each visit for dental work introduced me to a new dentist, and the staff handling cleanings were always changing, indicating a high turnover rate. This isn't ideal for those of us who prefer to build a lasting relationship with a consistently trusted dentist. Their Invisalign services are commendable, and generally, the staff has been excellent, aside from Maria. Her presence might be a contributing factor to the noticeable turnover among employees and clients. I've since transferred to a new dental office that assures me the continuity of seeing the same dentist a year from now. There's a $75 fee for missed appointments, which I've never minded paying. However, my experience with a staff member over the last fee was unpleasant—she insisted I pay before scheduling another appointment, despite my history of always settling my dues. Her attitude has left me considering withholding payment out of principle. While this practice is fine for routine cleanings, don't expect to see familiar faces on subsequent visits."
