Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"I reserved a full sized truck a couple days in advance through the app. I met with Edwin, the rep working at this location and he was a pleasure. I had an issue with my credit card which had expired the month previous and I didn't realize it. He was very patient with me until I got it sorted out. There were actually no full size trucks available but they had a 4*4 midsize truck which was fine and the truck was very clean. Edwin was very thorough explaining the pricing and procedures with the rental agreement. The return went very smoothly and the price didn't change at all from pick up to drop off. Great job Edwin! You have a great work ethic and I hope enterprise appreciates you as much as your customers do."

"This is the only location in Vegas that I will even rent from anymore. Fantastic customer service and very pleasant people. I think one time my car wasn't going to be available when I reserved it and they called all around to find me a car so I could have it when I needed it. Cars are always clean as is the office itself. I have used other locations in Vegas, Chicago, Seattle, and northern Idaho and hands down this is my favorite."

"Wish I could give this location zero stars. So unprofessional. Progressive booked me a reservation on 12/26/23, and the enterprise guy called to confirm my reservation on Friday. I arrived at enterprise and the guy stated my car wasn’t available and tried to up charge me for a SUV that. He proceeded to say my reservation was a pick up date of 12/25, and since it’s 12/26 I have to other pay extra or pick up tomorrow. Ask if is they were open on Christmas and he proceeded to say no. I asked him why is he insulting my intelligence, being that I cannot pick up a car if they are closed. This is the second time this guy has tried to rip us off. I will never rent a care from this location. Customers beware! They will try to scam u. I will be contacting enterprise corporate, and/or the BBB for this location. Shame on Enterprise Bruner location. Scamming people out of their hard earned money!"

"I went to enterprise car rental over on E Bruner and man I rent rental cars all the time but this was definitely the best service I had gotten Hasan and Robert from enterprise both went above and beyond to help me get the best car within my budget great service very helpful and friendly!! When dropping the car off I had accidentally left my backpack with my wallet in the rental car after dropping it off after hours Hasan and Robert both were there and helped me find it everything was accounted for I will definitely be going back in the near future!!"
