"I am absolutely disturbed! First time I came here I was here for almost 3 hrs.... they apologized and acted like the are behind... well today we sit down... tons of people here again... the ladies next to me were upset cuz waiting so long... so I asked them how long and again they said they are running behind.... these people are so greedy they way over book have people wait and wait as more people keep walking in.... the place is jam packed y?? If we are sitting waiting do they need to book this way??? and don't care how long u are waiting! So greedy and selfish... not to mention their little kids room is still not open..... Place packed and family had to stand while more just walked in... why?"
