"Waited 45 minutes yesterday for my pickup, shuttle never arrived.I tried to call but, of course its only automated service and can't get an actual person. So I had to take a taxi to the airport. The doorman at my hotel said bell trans is notorious for not picking guests back up. I would definitely not recommend this shuttle service! I prepaid for my ride back to the airport. Do not waste your money!!"

"Bell Trans is a complete rip off on your money, maybe a limo service would have been slightly better quality but the shuttle itself is a complete let down. They are unclear and vague about literally almost everything. The procedures seem to be handled incompletely and in correctly. Reading some of the reviews just makes me grateful we were able to catch the shuttle back to the airport at all. I even got my text for pick up way afterwards when everything was already said and done."

"DO NOT USE THIS FOR BUS SHUTTLE TO OR FROM AIRPORT! I'm disgusted I'm not a weathly person and work hard for the income I make. I have not taken a vacation in 8 years and was looking forward to my trip to Vegas. After my flight being delayed and missing my connecting flight I just wanted to get to the hotel. I booked by ticket for this shuttle online and waited 40 min to get a ride from the airport to hotel. The bus never came so we got upgraded to a personal ride which I thought was nice. HOWEVER THE RIDE TO THE AIRPORT FOR DEPARTURE WAS A NIGHTMARE! I booked this prior to the trip as well. I was at the hotel that 745am for an 8am pickup. When we were dropped they never told us that the pick up was in the back of the hotel so we waited in front where we were dropped at arrival. 8am came and went and the bus never came and they cancelled my ticket. YOU CANT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE OR TEXT,..... NOTHING. For this to be around since the 70s it is very poor. No text to confirm no ETA no communication period. I ended up having to pay another 30 dollars for a cab. I was out 30 for the no show. Please do not waste your money this it is awful!!!"

"In Vegas for a work convention, my wife and I bought vouchers to use the shuttle both to our hotel, and for return to the airport. We were told to be at an appointed spot at an appointed time; we were there 15 minutes early just to be cautious… waited 45 minutes and still no ride. There’s a number to call, but only pre-recorded messages, no live operators answering. We had to take a cab to ensure we made our flight. We visited their hut to ask for a refund - they can’t issue one on site, but offered us a mail-in sheet and an email address to contact for same… remains to be seen if that works. It’s $15 one way per person. A cab from the hotel to the airport is flat fee $29… so long story short if you’re traveling more than one person, much better deal and way faster to just get a cab."
