"I was running late to my appointment due to stop traffic and road construction, so I called to let them know I was running late by 5-10minutes. The gal that answered the phone told me that if was even a minute over 10 late that they would have to reschedule. I was already on my way there, so I was very stressed out by the time I got there, 10 minutes late on the dot and I sat there for 30 minutes in the waiting room very angry…. I suggested that next time to check with the hygienist to see if they’re running late too before stressing out your clients over 5-10 minutes. Courtesy goes both ways and shouldn’t be one sided. The hygienist was amazing and made me feel heard once I got in the chair for my cleaning."

"This is the BEST dental practice in Henderson. We were new to the area, I went to numerous dentist in the area to do implant work, none came close to them. The office staff is amazing, dental assistants are tops, the dentist I saw Shawn Gubler was so patient, kind and an excellent dentist. If you need dental implants this is your guy! I've had several implants done and this experience was the best. Pricing is very good as well. Don't waste your time checking out others, I did it already and you wont find better than Gubler Dental."

"Terrible experience! We came here on the recommendation from a friend. My husband went in for a crown, staff billed for a root canal. 2 weeks later while on vacation, that tooth needed an emergency root canal. The dentist who performed the procedure was denied by our insurance because of Gublers billing mistake. For the next 6 months, we called daily and sometimes weekly asking for Dr. Gubler to call us back. In October, he finally did said he would have his staff make the correction. Unfortunately they didn't. On more than a couple occasions, we spoke to Adriana/Manager who is the most rude and combative person we've ever dealt with and kept insisting "she doesn't make mistakes" and ultimately just blew us off. Due to the lack of action on their part, we finally filed a complaint with the Nevada State Dental Board in November. Fast forward to Jan. 9, 2024 and again many phone calls, I finally got to speak to Lauren/Asst. Manager who told me she would take care of this. On Jan. 22, 2024, our insurance finally received the corrected billing and the dentist who performed the root canal can finally bill for work he did last April. The staff here is terrible and worse yet, refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. And good luck ever getting a call back from Dr. Gubler himself.....it'll never happen because we suspect he doesn't care to know what his front office staff is doing to his clientele. Terrible experience and we will never recommend this place to anyone nor will we ever return."
