"Most horrible experience ever! Back in early December of 2023 I was involved in an accident while waiting at a traffic light. The right rear corner of my car was hit. As a result the right rear fender was indented along with the right end of the bumper cover. Nevertheless, the vehicle was drivable. In fact I drove it for three weeks until the appointment with Exoticar came up. The car didn’t pull to one side or the other nor did it make any strange noises. It just look unpleasant on the side. I dropped it off to Exoticar on December 26. They kept it for two weeks and called me to tell me the car was not fixable and they are NOT going to work it that I should accept “Total Loss” and settle the terms with the insurance company. I decided to take the vehicle to a different shop for second opinion and gave them back a call to arrange the pick-up. They informed me that, first, the car was no longer drivable because they took apart the rear end and flat out refused to put it back together and, second, that I owe the $2,610 for storage. I ended up hiring a tow truck and pay them the full amount in cash because they don’t accept personal check or credit card. So, I guess, that’s the new way of doing business – don’t fix cars, charge storage fees."
