"To those other poor souls that also wrote reviews on here, I STRONGLY URGE you to file a complaint with the Compliance Enforcement Division through the DMV website. If there are 3 or more complaints to DMV about these lemon-dealers, they will have their dealers license revoked! Please take 10 minutes and fill out the simple form and send it in. Also fill out a negative report to BBB so it's on record. I am contemplating hiring an attorney to take these guys to court. We purchased a Mini Cooper S in JANUARY 2023, and it is still having issues after spending over $9000 over what we paid for the lemon. We also have NOT RECEIVED a TITLE! DMV says it is not in our name. It isn't right that they continue to sell lemons and get away with it!"

"They took a stolen catalys coverter and sold it. The car had the check engine light on but they reset it to trick me into buying it. After I drove it home, the Check engine light came on and they didn't take any responsibility. I strongly warn you to ignore this place. Scammer dealer"

"They don't return phone calls nor text. Bought a escalade in December financed with a company but they sent me the title which should never happen now the finance company closed the account due to breach of contract and put a negative remark on my credit report. Been waiting 3 months for paperwork to be sent but. Nadda. Buyer beware"

"When life hands you lemons, you should make lemonade... well, we can't make a thing with the lemon this "dealership" sold us. Two days after purchasing a Mini Cooper for our daughter, it would not start. In the course of three weeks, it was towed, non-starting, and sitting back at their dealership more than it was in our driveway, while they "claimed" to be fixing it each time. The law states that buying a vehicle "as is" doesn't give dealers the right to refuse a refund or not fix the problem. They had 30 days to make it right, and they did not. They lied about their inspection done prior to selling this car, as we have sunk well over an additional $7000 into fixing the multitude of things broken since. When we requested a refund for the return of the car two weeks after purchase, we were refused. They didn't care that our 16 year old daughter could be killed if/when this car stalled while driving. The owner was given the chance several times to do the right thing, and proved himself to be a crook. After taking the car to a real mechanic, we were left without a vehicle for 3 months while being repaired. The car continues to have one major repair after another, and we are so upside-down now that we will never recover the money dumped into it. Never EVER buy a vehicle from these guys! I WISH I were exaggerating about our situation. They took full advantage of us, and hopefully will be out of business as soon as the DMV reports catch up with them. I can't imagine that we are the only customers that this happened to. Shame on this dealership. I will leave this same review anywhere I can so no one else is left in the same situation we are."
