"My first two visit was very impressive, my third one was a disaster, I came on my 1:00 pm appointment I waited in the counter for at least 10 min, only one receptionist there that was on the phone, after my X-ray I waited in the room for at least 40 min, I can hear in the other treatment room talking and laughing, nurse check me 2 times and told me my dr is still with the patient and I said I cant wait anymore, Leticia told me there was an emergency patient, at least they could have told me that so I can come back another day rather than listening to their irritating loud conversation and laughter on the other room while I was waiting for my turn. Sorry I have to let you know this to improve your service, I really like your facility and Leticia."

"I rarely do these reviews but in this case it is well deserved. My overall experience at this office has been fantastic. Dr Gulati and his staff have treated me really well and educated me on the well being of my teeth. Katie did a fantastic job on my cleaning and I was very impressed with her gentle nature and making sure I had a positive experience. Also, the whole process was just easy. From all the advanced technology they have from x rays to cleanings, my entire experience was easy and painless. Lastly, I was grateful to the office staff to contacting my insurance company so I could take full advantage of all of my benefits. This is something that is often neglected in most dental offices as they are more inclined to letting their clients pay for services. Would highly recommend!"

"Very good enjoyable experience, which is very weird to say when talking about dental work, especially my dental work... Eduardo started the process made sure I had nothing life-threatening going on and took my X-Rays.(I am not dying which is a plus) but they did find plenty of work to keep the lights on for a little. That being said, Neal G. Was great very thorough, and I could tell he cared about his business. He clearly loves his profession. Neal wanted to not overload me with info as well as take the time to find multiple solutions so I wasn't corned with one option. I felt very comfortable from start to finish here. As for pricing, I don't have to worry about putting a lien on my home or selling my firstborn. I honestly felt the pricing to be really reasonable and fair. Dental work is still expensive no matter what, so that's why i am going to put an application in and get that employee discount ;D. !!! Lastly, letitia does an excellent job educating and explaining the process of out of pocket and promotional payment offers, explaining where my money can be best used even going the extra mile to make me another estimate so I can maximize my insurance. I took a bunch of cards because this is where I will only go for dental work, and I wanna share it with my customers. Great job! 10/5 Dee, I love you (shout out to my wife)"
