"Never even made it to the smog. Rudest and the most disrespectful customer service service I had in my entire life! From the moment I pulled up the guy that works there (10:45am) had the most unwelcoming attitude towards me. All the unnecessary comments he made was uncalled for. Something about how he don’t understand why people can miss the big sign that says registration because I said I didn’t know I can register and smog at the same location. I sensed his attitude so I decided to tell him I can go to a different location and he says “oh pleas do!!!”. I drove off and he continued to say “typical female”. Needless to say I won’t be conducting business with this company again."
