"Minus zero stars , it’s 10 pm and the Latin chubby woman and the old lady refused to give me a free drink with my gas purchase stating “”they don’t do that anymore “”. When I’m all terribles give you a free drink w gas purchase . Rude and obnoxious no thanks I rather 7/11 across the street . I suggest the management to get more caring and knowledgeable staff that provide a way better customer service sine that’s the only reason they are getting paid for , if they are going to have an attitude and be rude they should work in a different field ."
"Store manager won't help you in case you needed a video surveilance for filing a law suit. She told the detective that the store's surveilance camera is blurry. So what's the point of putting it up if the camera is useless & customers can't get evidence of the incident. Never went back to this location anymore! Take your business somewhere else."
"Rude workers, early this morning my son was about to pay after one person paid but they let him wait at the counter for a very long time while there's three of them just doing anything. I wondered for awhile why I can see all of them from my car, so I went inside and ask, my son said he was told to wait for two minutes which absolutely was not the case...they don't even care, they were just looking at each other. I told my son because he's going to be late for work to buy at the next gas station at South Decatur and luckily Arco have much better customer service."
