"Do not use this guy. He is a crook . He will lie and take your money. He will say he will fix things and not do it. If I can tell you one thing is don't give him your money. He is a crook and a scam. I have given him thousands and he did not do anything I paid him for."

"DO NOT use these crooks. We contacted them to come check our air conditioner that was under warranty. They showed up diagnosed bad compressor, said they had to order a new unit. We paid $155 service call they don’t answer their phones and voice mailbox is full. Needless to say we will be filing claims with everyone we can and we have notified the manufacturer of unit and our rv manufacturer to not give these peoples name out, they are not good. They obviously pick and choose who they will not burn."

"DO NOT USE THiS SERVICE. Update: Repair person did finally show up the next day. Assessed the problem and set appointment for repair ( which they were 3 hours late). “Repaired” the a/c issue on our 5th wheel. Unfortunately that “fix” lasted a week. Now they will not answer my text. Calls go to voice mail and the mail box is full. We basically gave these people $700 for nothing. We had an appt for the tech to come at 5pm today. It’s now after 6pm and no tech and not even a call. Won’t respond to calls or messages. Guess you shouldn’t count on this business. So sad that there is no responsibility at all."

"Made an appointment for 12/14 @4pm to winterize my RV. They never showed up. After 20 minutes, I called the office number and no answer. Kira called back shortly after my call and she told me they were delayed and asked if I could reschedule for the following day, which I said would be fine. Had the appointment set for 4pm again. Unfortunately, they did not show up again so instead of wasting any more of my time, after 20 minutes, decided to leave. Mind you Kira had called me at 3:25 to tell me they were in route and would be there earlier than the 4pm appointment time...nope. I received a text at 4:31 to say they were just up the street. I replied that I was no longer interested since this was the 2nd time this happened. Received a text from another number, assuming it was Kira at 4:35 which said the tech was right up the street and should be there any minute. Replied that I left after waiting until 4:20, and I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time. She came back with a text apologizing and stating that the store didn't have the antifreeze needed for the service and the tech had to go to another store. Shortly after that she texted about leaving the tech there after they purchased the parts...MY time was wasted not once, but TWICE! My husband called her and she came up wirh all types of lies about the first missed appointment and the second. She also stated that they normally make the customer purchase the parts, which makes zero sense, and kept talking over my husband. Shame on you and your customer service skills. Get someone competent if you want your business to succeed."

"On the first day of a 16 day road trip, we had a bearing on our trailer seize up and the trailer on our tire sheared off and the drum, brakes, and axle were all damaged. We were stuck at a truck stop north of Las Vegas, and we contacted David and Kira and later on that evening they arrived with parts to start fixing the mess we had on our hands. We had the incident occur at 3PM, and they were able to get there by 11:45PM with the parts and stayed until 2:30 in the morning trying to get us back on the road. David ran into a few issues and were not able to complete the work that night, but they arrived the next morning at 10AM and worked all day long until they were able to get us back on the road at about 5PM. Given that we contacted road side assistance and other repair shops in the Vegas area who were less than helpful, we were certainly extremely grateful that we found RV Specialists otherwise our trip most certainly would have been ruined. We only lost one night and managed to complete the entire trip. David worked tirelessly in 115 degree heat and did a fantastic job ensuring everything was safe on our trailer and we could get to where we were going. With that said, I will admit I was quite nervous that I had to pay them for the parts before they arrived or even looked at the trailer. I had sent pictures to them through text of the damage and they were able to assess it accurately. They arrived a bit later than they originally said which also made me nervous given that i had already made a payment. It all ended up 100% ok and i only say this in case anyone else runs into the same issue. They are legit and David does fantastic work. It might not hurt though in the future if they were able to arrive, assess the damage, indicate which parts are needed and then if they want payment for the parts it would probably ease some of the stress. With that said, i couldn't be more complementary of their work, the fact they arrived at 11:45PM and worked until the wee hours of the morning and into the next day and salvaged a trip that i was sure was going to end on Day 1 with a tow back home. Highly recommend them if you are passing through Vegas and need mobile assistance!!!"
