"I got to know Alex through a friend. When I arrived at his place and informed him that the trunk of my old car couldn't open, I asked him to thoroughly inspect my car and let me know about any issues. Despite being very busy, he told me he could only check my car two hours later. Although I didn't receive a call from him for over two hours, he conducted a comprehensive inspection of my car with great attention to detail. Before the end of his working hours, he informed me that he had already fixed my car and advised me to pick it up during his working hours the next day. When I went to retrieve my car the following morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable charges. Additionally, he had fixed some minor issues that I hadn't noticed.
