"The only reason I'm giving a 3-star rating is due to the lack of follow up from the office. I've been trying to get my invoice resolved that's been going on for almost 10 months. My insurance sent the payment on June 10, 2021 from the April service, but the office claimed they didn't receive it. I have the check number even from the insurance. When I called the insurance, apparently the office submitted an incomplete address. My insurance has left multiple voicemails letting them know of the issue and to send the W9 so they can resend the payment. Still no response from Dr. Davis office. As I'm typing this review, I was on hold for 30 minutes and got hang up on just now! Please I just want this invoice to be finally resolved as I never have any outstanding bills out there."
