"Called to make an appointment for my 3 children as new patients. The lady acted as if I was causing her so much trouble and it was going to kill her to actually do her job. Apparently the dentists don’t like to work as she said there’s very few appointments and the dentists leave early every day. I politely told her we will take our business elsewhere."

"My wife and I took off early from work to go to our appt. We came in and they told us we are not approved. I asked them how come they didn’t give us a call to let us know. They wasted our time and no clear answers were given. I showed our insurance card showing we have dental plan under our insurance , but they insisted we are not approved. They even called us if we can come in early. This is the second time they did this to us. Very unprofessional!!"

"Just want to send a shout out to the Doctor and staff at Atlas Dental (Rainbow Blvd.)! Due to changes in my insurance I needed to find a new dentist for my dental needs. From the first phone call to make my appointment (spoke with Patrice), my X-rays, consultation with the dentist ( Dr. Nguyen), cleaning with Lyra to insurance questions (Gina) everything went smoothly with kindness and professionalism. A few days after I made my initial appointment I received a call from Gina letting me know an earlier appointment was available. I took it as it had been 6 months since my previous cleaning. Thank you Atlas Dental for a job well done."

"After too long and too many issues with my OLD dentist, I looked up places and decided to give Atlas a shot. They took my medicaid insurance and got me in very fast when I had a tooth that chipped. Dr. Aranas is very kind and informative. He showed me I had 2 very small cavities but said they were so small that drilling them now for filling might cause more harm than good, so we left them alone for now. He said it's possible they won't even grow or cause issues so we can leave them and watch them. When have you ever heard of a dentist try to save YOU or your insurance money? Most dentists are so quick to drill and pull teeth for cash, so he gained my trust very quickly. I had a root canal done elsewhere, based on his referral, and it was smooth and painless and then Dr. Aranas and his team did my crown, along with another crown that had cracked from my lovely old dentist. Dr. Aranas made sure to get the paperwork over to my insurance before end of the year so I could use my benefits in time! I just really appreciate the honesty and quality I received. I got my permanent crowns on this afternoon and you can't even tell they aren't my real teeth. The dental assistants are so nice and the work done is great. I'm a patient for life!"

"So fast, so efficient, I was in and out in 40 min for my cleaning. Everyone is so nice. Thoughtful. The X-Ray’s didn’t hurt. The gleaning is quick and thorough. Great people. One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Thank you!!"
