"Let's just be honest, the Asian lady name Gloria doesn't like black people. Every single time l come here her nose is in the air, and she gives me attitude with no reason. Don't support racism Vegas."
"Normally the employees are capable of 3 tenders for one transaction. The lady I just delt with couldn’t figure it out. After she already charged my Ebt card she than voided the order and did 2 separate transactions. She than had me swipe my Ebt again. When I looked at both Ebt receipts I realized that my balance went down twice. If she had voided it out than the money would have been back on my card instantly. I went back in and showed her. She tried to blame me because of the multiple tenders. Than when I tried to explain it to her she raised her voice at me. I asked for the manager and all she did was write down the store phone number and told me to call tomorrow so the manager can refund the money. I than asked if I can just take the exact items I grabbed for Ebt and she yelled saying “u can talk to the manager tomorrow” ... I am 8 and a half months pregnant and she raised her voice at me infront of other customers."
"How is it that you dont train new hires to do a money order. The guy let 2 people go ahead of me because he wasnt sure how to do a money order. No,manager to call and ask???? Seriously! Super irritated"
"3 card readers didn't work. One didn't recognize the card, on another the buttons didn't work at all, and on another one the font on the screen was so big you couldn't tell what it was asking you. I was in a hurry and didn't want to go inside but had to after 3 failed attempts to get gas. The cashier said "oh man those card readers, huh?" Implying they know about the problem. Fix your card readers! Or at least put an out of order sign."
"After stopping by to get gas to go on a Disney trip, our car suddenly died all of sudden. It was around 2 PM when there was no no one I could call for help, so I searched assistance from Chevron staff. The staff immediately responded: "sure, I'm having a break. Let me take a look at your car." Turnt out my battery was dead in which resulted a jump. He had no jump wires, I had to call for someone's else help. 5 minutes, his car stopped by next to my car and said "let's make the jump" with a wire that he borrowed. Boom, he managed to start my car, and I went to replace the battery. Our Disney trip with 4 persons was back to perfect. Thank you very much!"
