"Came in for an oil change and left feeling completely taken advantage of. Its already hard as a women to come in to get service done without feeling like people are price gauging you based on being a women but this was ridiculous. I have been coming to this location since 2020 and was recently told I don't have an account with this Jiffy lube and when i proceeded to tell them this couldn't be accurate i was made to feel like I was lying yet I have previous receipts from this location because I always come in to do a oil change at this location. What I spend is usually 50 dollars and had to end up paying 80 which I've NEVER done before. I'm also able to always use a coupon off the website and was told that these coupons don't usually work so there was no point. Basically got strong armed into paying 80 dollars. I will be taking this up with a higher up."

We got to chatting during checkout and found out we both share an common interest in writing and musical production. Perhaps we may collaborate on a future project together.
