"Update in response to owner: I provided all insurance information when I made the appointment. It was your office that made the mistake. Don’t try to make it seem like it was my fault and I provided incorrect information for INSURANCE. I very willingly gave all details needed, and your office failed on verifying information ahead of time. I asked specifically if this office would be able to do the cleaning and the orthodontist work lol at the same location and I was assured that yes this would happen. I also find it very strange that your office was 100% empty with no clients when every other dental and orthodontist office in Las Vegas is slammed with appointments right now, maybe it was a blessing in disguise that you don’t accept our insurance Made an appointment for cleaning and braces consultation. Gave insurance information over the phone when booking the appointment. They did not verify our insurance until we arrived and the said they were not covered for general dentistry. Drove all the way there and had the appointment set up for spring break just to waste our time."

"WOW is correct! Dr. Chen is the best. He listens and really cares about your teeth and well being. I have had past BAD experiences with dentists, so much that I really was worried and had anxiety concerning my dental work. He is compassionate and even has a sense of humor. My children and I love him, and If I could, I would prefer he handled all of our dental needs. Thank you, Dr. Chen - I am grateful, and we sincerely appreciate you! "Wow! Is all I can say about Wow Dental Orthodontics! Dr. Yogi Chen did an amazing job. I was visiting Vegas when I had a crown come loose. I searched for a dentist on a Saturday afternoon. After being turned away from the nearest dentist we called, we found Wow Dental and even though they were closed Dr Yogi told me to come and he would take care of me. I was very impressed with his chair side manner. He explained everything he was doing and was very gentle. The office is very clean and he has a wonderful, friendly personality. I left with my crown fixed and he didn’t take advantage of me financially, he was extremely fair with the cost. Incredible for an after hours visit. I would highly recommend his office!
