"I made an online appointment for a free one hour consultation at 12pm but needed to move it to 2pm. I updated the time online. When I showed up after a 30 minute drive, I waited a few minutes (there was no one in line). A guy was sitting there heads down. When he had time to look up, he said he had me down for 12pm but I explained that I rescheduled for 2pm. He said there were other people waiting and asked if I could leave my car. I couldn’t and asked if he could view a video of what I’m having issues with. He said no and a lot of people ask him to watch videos and he can’t diagnose unless he looks at the car. If I had known a one hour consultation required leaving my car overnight I would have made arrangements. The one hour free consultation is misleading so plan to leave your car overnight!"

"Steve the owner was very helpful. I broke down an hour out of Vegas on a Friday morning. When I called around to try and have my car looked at he was the only one that would look at it that day. Every where else's wanted me to wait a week before they have the time to loom at the car. I'm from Canada and was on a road trip. Once we found out the diagnosis Steve tried his best to give us all the information to make a decision. Once we found out our options he held my car for me for a week to give me time to come and get it. He did not charge me storage fee for the time he had the car to when I picked it up. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and kind person I've ever delt with. As a mechanic he was one of the most strait forward people I've delt with and was honest. I'd highly recommend if you need any mechanical services done."

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I cannot say enough good things about Global Auto repair!! We were roadtripping from Canada and my car broke down, Steve was extremely accommodating and did his best to assist us. We ended leaving my car with him for about a week and then went back to tow my car back to Canada! Steve assured us my car would be taken care of in the mean time until we had a solution to fix it. He called us with updates on what the best option was to fix the car! Highly recommend this shop!!!!"
