"I came in without any appointment, and Maria was gracious enough to give me transparency that it may take a few hours before they looked at my vehicle for the concern. Since I had time that day, I was ok with leaving it as they offered a shuttle to take me to the neighboring shopping center where my friend and I were able to shop and eat. After that, I was able to hear from Maria and that the issue was found however I had to bring it back in a week for parts to arrive The friendly and honest service is why I will always come back."

"This review is hard. Ryan Selasky at service is AMAZING. He goes above and beyond. I had a wonderful experience with him. This review is not about him. He gets 5 stars. I bought a car that needed some stuff done, including ordering parts that were supposed to come with my car at purchase. They have been ordering the parts since August and still haven’t truly ordered them. I’ve gone in twice and called to follow up many times. Nothing. They were able to really help me out with the rental and the work they do is good. For me, it’s the lack of communication and follow through that makes it tough to give the full 5 stars."

"From the time I pulled into a parking spot I was greeted by a very nice young man. Then when I went into the service area I was again greeted. As I told the gentleman why I was there he called David, my service tech. David explained my recall and about 30 minutes later I was on my way home. She understood my concerns and made absolutely sure that my car received prompt attention and that service required was accomplished in order to ensure I’d have my car back before dark because of my night time driving restrictions.
