"Buyer beware. Last week, my son and I visited Team Chevrolet Las Vegas, because his 2015 Chevy Cruze LT passenger window regulator was malfunctioning and needed replacement. They charged a diagnostics fee of $195 just to inspect it, which wouldn't be deducted from the total cost. Twenty-four hours later, we were informed the repair would cost approximately $1,000. After checking other Chevy dealers, eBay, Amazon, and various businesses, we found prices ranging from $80 to $100 for the window regulator, while Chevy was charging around $380. They claimed additional clips were necessary, priced at $59 each, but similar clips were found elsewhere for $7 to $12. While we understand markups, the over 300% +++ increase without a detailed explanation raised red flags, leading us to decline the service. Although everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional, we refused to allow my son, an active Air Force member, to be taken advantage of. Ultimately, we purchased a genuine GM window regulator, including accessories, for about $100 with shipping. Please research thoroughly before committing to services from these providers. Despite paying $195 for the diagnostics, the estimate was rescinded. We believe that since we paid for a diagnostic, the findings, The physical paper that had the estimate from Team Chevrolet should have been included and given to us. In my view, there was questionable conduct, and our family will no longer use their services."

"Service was good first pulling up they greeted me and I told them what I needed and asked what the price was. There reply back was with no hesitation. The only drawbacks I have is they gave my vehicle a wash and there were still watermarks on the engine hood and front grill. Also as I entered my vehicle I noticed they did not give me a sticker showing my next oil change. That is a little bit of a disappointment that I can’t see when the next oil change is gonna be. But overall service was good."
