"Waited 3 weeks to be seen. I have three cracked teeth. I get a phone call saying I cancelled my own appointment. Liars. I got bump because they claimed I cancelled my own appointment by text but I never got a text from them. The only text I got was 2 hours prior to my appointment today confirming I had my appointment. Ridiculous. Just another budget dentist trying to take advantage of low income families. I just read the response to my review which is nonsense. That was an auto responder. I spoke to them on the phone. Worthless"

"Dr K is wonderful. She excels at working with my dental anxiety and making my experience comfortable. I love all their new technologies too, it plays a huge role in my comfort level. Due to my anxiety, I have opted to pay more out of pocket $ for their in-house, same-appointment crown option twice now and will again for the third needed crown. One and done works best for me. In addition to major dental work, my teeth cleaning experiences have also been very comfortable. Everyone at this office is great and has reduced my anxiety with every positive experience. The people, their skill sets, and available technologies makes this dental office the best for me."
