Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics

"The dental assistants were extremely caring for my autistic son, couldn't have asked for better. The place is beautiful, well cared for. The dentist himself is extremely honest and straight forward, you may need to prepare your mind for this but I personally wouldn't ask for anything else. I know I can trust him and that nothing will go unnoticed or unchecked. Thank you!"

"This place needs better scheduling. My daughter had an 8am appointment that I confirmed through text and a phone call and two other later appointments that weren’t confirmed went in before her. It was explained that it’s because of the different techs that are ready at different times…whatever that means. Why schedule appointments if people are going to be taken in all willy nilly?"

"They are not open Mondays or Tuesdays. Those are my only days off. They keep messing up appointments. One time they canceled my appointme and told me it was my fault. If I had a choice to go anyplace else. I would. I don't recommend them. Oh ya... your kid doesn't see the same dentist. They see who ever is in the office at that time. Because they don't employ the dentist. They are all independent of the facility. So you never realy get to know the dentist. Three people were complaining about it when last time I was in the office."

"First time bringing my son there staff was pretty young and talked about all kind of things at front desk but I don’t expect much less from younger people but they were nice just maybe remember little kids can hear your conversation too lol. I was in there with so many dads with their multiple kids trying to maneuver around the waiting area which is pretty small and tight fit. Also one of the dads had like 3 little girls including a baby and when he needed to change her he couldn’t because when he came back to the waiting area to his other 2 girls the oldest asked if he was done so quick and he replied no because there was no changing table for sis. I’m shocked by 2023 we aren’t thinking about both parents caring for children and why aren’t there changing tables in an office that caters to pediatrics. Those were my only things I picked up during my first visit here. The dentist was very sweet with my son and overall the place I really liked so. They have a lot of things up front to try to entertain little ones too which I thought was cute I just felt so bad for the dads up in there trying to care for all their littles and feeling like they had to go to their car to change baby and try to listen for their name to be called and eventually needed to reschedule due to the pretty long wait time even with an appt. the littles got too restless."
