"Yesi provided me with an exceptional customer service experience during my visit to Express Smog this afternoon. She was super friendly and engaging. I was 3 deep patiently waiting upon entry (no fault of hers, just poor timing on my part when I pulled in). None-the-less, she worked very efficiently with the two customers ahead of me. And was apologetic about the wait upon greeting me for my turn (even though it was only a very few minutes of wait time). This is a clean, convenient location to fill up your tank at the Haddies/Chevron Gas Station and grab a friendly smog check!"

"Shows open on the website at 0730. I'm there at 0845. The guy opens the door has sign up, and I ask if he will let me know when he's ready. He said "yeah 9am" and continues to ignore me and walk into McDonald's. I could have waited for him..but no, I'll take the business elsewhere. So I drove a mile up the street. He seems miserable."
