"I've used AsterRide many times in the past. The cars are clean and the drivers are courteous and professional, however I have used them for the last time. I had to cancel a trip and was charged anyway. I have spent countless hours on hold trying to get the charges canceled. Any time my call is miraculously answered I am put through to a voice mailbox that is full. I don't think I've ever received such poor customer service."

"Their online reservation system canceled my reservation, yet charged the full round trip fee. I had no idea until I landed in Las Vegas and had to call the company to find out where the car was. I was told the system accidentally canceled my reservation but that they didn’t have any vehicles that could pick me up. They stated they would refund 1/2 the fee and manually key in my return trip. This was on a Wednesday around noon. I had to pay $80 to another company who did have a car available to get to the hotel. On Saturday I called to verify they had a car scheduled for me. I also asked about the refund and was told that their refund system was having an issue and that it would be taken care of. Their driver Steve C. who picked me up, was very professional and is a great asset to their company. It is now Tuesday night and the company has yet to refund 1/2 of the round trip charge."

"STAY AWAY!! I received a confirmation. They charged my credit card and never picked us up at the airport. I contacted the company and was on hold for 30 minutes. A representative told me that they had problems with online reservations and they don’t have a car to pick us up. Waited 7-10 days to receive a credit to my card but never received it. I called several times and was transferred over and over again. Finally spoke to someone who said they’re having problems with their refund system. Never again!! Unbelievable"

"Our original driver had car issues and didn't pick us up. We weren't notified so after 15 minutes of waiting, I called them. They told us another driver will pick us up. We were picked up half an hour after our original pick up time. Our new driver was courteous and respectful going to our event so I was surprised that he was cussing at traffic when he picked us up again. I wouldn't recommend this company."
