"I'm very pleased and glad I found this place near my area. Before this place, I have search everywhere around my neighborhood in Northern Las Vegas. The staff here are all very attentive and, more importantly; they show care and compassion to my urgent needs. Tran - the lady at the front desk really made me and my kids feel comfortable and informed us the necessary works needed to be done to my kids' teeth before they start anything. They are very thorough here, and I believe it has to do with the great manager, Tran. For reference, I came here after walking away from North Las Vegas Dental due to an inflamed crown filling and they did nothing other than taking images and x-rays that cost over a thousand dollars before insurance. That place was well staffed with 3 or 4 front desk personnel and has more than 8 or 10 dentists from other locations. With Sky Dental, you will feel like it's personal and they treat you like family - just the way it used to be."

"Upon my visit to Sky Dental in December for routine cleaning, I was met with an unprofessional front desk staff member who's also the technician, dental assistant, and manager of the clinic. This lady insisted that I undergo a full mouth x-ray. They spent quite an amount of of time taking x-ray and proceeded to make unfounded claims regarding the quality of the bioclear procedure on my nine teeth conducted at Prime Care Dental in October, which is less than 2 months ago. I was informed that there were purported cavities underneath the bioclear, necessitating the removal and complete redo of the treatment. The lady also mentioned how awful and ugly those nine teeth were, how those could be done better at Sky dental, she said she leaned and qualified to make crowns. This unexpected assertion led me to a formal complaint with Prime Care Dental. The lady provided me with 3 films that have cavity shadow on it, and then I sent it to Prime Care Dental. I was subsequently advised by the dentist at Prime Care Dental that the shadow in the films were not clear enough to conclude they were cavities, so they took another set of x-rays for free at their own clinic. On this new set of films, it was clearly shown no such shadows at all. As a concerned patient seeking clarification and resolution, I reached out to Sky Dental to request the transfer of my dental records and all the x-rays to facilitate the necessary examination, and I'd like to cancel my next appointment with them before the issue is clarified. Shockingly, the front desk staff at Sky Dental exhibited an unacceptable level of uncooperativeness and refusal to comply with this reasonable request. Despite being informed of the legal obligation to provide access to my medical records and the right to obtain the x-rays for review by another dental professional, their response was unapologetically dismissive and obstructive. Not only did they exhibit a lack of professionalism, but also attempted to impose an unjustifiable fee of $25 for the transfer of my x-rays."
