"This office has no regard for patients time no matter the time of day the appointment is scheduled. My son had a 3pm appointment, when we arrived at 2:40pm the lobby was completely full. We had to wait until just after 3pm to check in so I asked if they were running behind. I was told he would be seen in 10-15 minutes. At 4pm I told them I couldn’t wait any longer and rescheduled for the next day at 8am hoping they would be on time. The next day he was taken back at 8:20am. At 9:20am they told me it would be another hour to complete his treatment. After an hour and twenty minutes I was told to go back and ask the dentist myself how much longer it would be. I was told 10-15 minutes. He was not done until 11:30am. This is completely unacceptable. I complained at the desk and I was told I should have asked what they were going to do and how long it would be (which I did and the time given was completely inaccurate) but there wasn’t even an apology. I work! I took off the day prior and he wasn’t even seen. I rescheduled for the earliest appointment and still had to cancel two meetings and was hours late going to work. This office needs to do a lot better with scheduling, communication, and customer service."

"Very bad businesses. I had taking my mom here for cleaning every six months. Last time they said she needed a deep cleaning. We asked if the insurance we'll cover and they said yes. Later they send a bill for more than $700 I believe. I can't believe this. How do you expect her to pay this? As far as I know they don't do any work before finding out if the insurance will cover it and they're supposed to let you know. They never said that she had to pay. She's a 77 years old lady with no income. They also send it to a collection agency. Are you for real?? It's not her fault. Ju didn't do your job right. What a shame. I'll give you 0 Star Emailed them and never heard back."

"I was referred to this office by my neighbor. From the front office to the back, everyone was friendly and accommodating; a good humored group of people. Dr. Winn is the first dentist (and one of a handful of medical professionals) who introduced himself to me as he approached the chair. I’ve seen at least six other dentists since we moved here and most of them have no interpersonal patient skills, Dr. Winn is an exception to that. Already referred another one of my neighbors (originally from the east coast) to them."
