To start with they screwed up our appointments, including double booking, causing us to have to schedule a different time and day, and second couldn't spell my name correctly, even after spelling it for them. Once at the dentist they were pushy to of course get the extra money that the insurance doesn't cover, they explained that a deeper cleaning was required when I just had my teeth cleaned 6 months ago at a different location and the dentist stated that my dental hygiene was perfect. Rude and unprofessional at a whole new level! **STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS**"

"I’ve never felt so unworthy of a dental office. They’ve made me feel cheap and embarrassed. I called for an emergency appointment regarding a broken tooth, they scheduled me for 2pm. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Then waited another 30 minutes in the chair before I was seen by the dentist. The dentist was pushing me towards veneers and crowns. I stated they’re out of my budget, and would like the filling replaced. She sends in an employee to talk to me about cost. That employee has mocked up the price for veneers and crowns. Unsurprisingly it’s $3000+, I sheepishly explain I can’t afford that. I noticed the cleaning appointment was going to cost me $235 out of pocket. I asked what a few of the fees were for, the employee said they couldn’t discuss such things with me and would need to wait for a dentist to explain the procedures. She leaves me to wait for the dentist. 15 minutes pass, the screen in front of me has the $3000 worth of services I can’t afford. I felt embarrassed and instead of waiting any longer for the dentist, I decided to walk out. It was humiliating. I couldn’t stand to go back to a place like this. I pride myself on my teeth, I usually have excellent relationships with my dentists. This is the ONE exception."
