"What is the point of making an appointment if they call you almost an hour after your appointment time. Appointment at 9am get called to see dentist around 10am. Waste of time."

"I have been seeing this Dentist for the last few years, always a positive experience. This Dentist is very detailed and does an excellent job, but today there was new staff to do X-Rays prior the exam. The young woman that did the X-Rays was so rough, I told her 3 times that she needed to be a little more gentle. For some reason, she acted like she was really mad about something and was very rough in handling my mouth and how she jammed the device for X-Rays in my mouth hurting me multiple times. After the 3rd time, I had had enough. I told her she wasn't touching me any more and she needed to try another profession with her technique because this was not going to work out for her. After all the years of taking care of my teeth, I have never had something like this happen. I'm one of those that do not get numbing shots or sleeping gas, I can take the discomfort every time with no complaints. This is the one time that this staff member talked to me in a way one would talk to a criminal that is being apprehended. I was very disappointed, and will not be going back because of her. I am in the Medical Field myself and I know sometimes things get a little crazy, or chaotic in the office causing stress but never have I or my staff handled patients the way this young lady did."
