"Extremely disappointed with the quality and service. I hate leaving negative reviews but I chose this place because I had seen positive reviews. At first, I had chosen a fun red and green glitter combo, but after the nails were painted, they looked SO much different than what the example nails looked like. I have never asked to have my nails repainted; I’d rather not ask and be upset than to inconvenience someone. However, I did ask because they were so unlike what I had hoped they’d be. The woman (I did get her name but won’t disclose it on this review) was patronizing and shaming to me when I asked for new colors. She pulled out a fake nail and told me she was going to paint it to show me since she said I couldn’t make up my mind before. I asked her not to shame me and almost walked out…but just wanted to get it over with. Fast forward, she drew blood on my pinky, didn’t apologize and acted as if that’s normal. I had to ask 3 times to have all the nail polished removed from the sides of my nail beds. It’s as if I was inconveniencing her beyond belief. I didn’t want to be there dealing with that anymore than she did. She was condescending and rude. At the end, she left nail polish on my finger, and didn’t get the edges of my nail beds, but I just wanted to leave. $40 later for a failed manicure and another $10 because I couldn’t bear not tipping her at all, I’m now going home to file my nails, get the nail polish off and fix this myself. I hope no one else has an experience like this. Being shamed for choosing a polish that didn’t end up working out was embarrassing enough, and then to be shamed for it. There were a couple of techs just hanging out, so it’s not like they were busy…she just didn’t want to deal with it. I’m disgusted quite frankly. Can’t believe someone would EVER treat me that way, and then I’m stupid enough (kindness, mostly) to still pay (and tip) them for unbelievably LOW quality work. Please don’t do this to another customer. I was eager to find a new nail salon after moving to the area, and had hoped this would be the one…this will NOT be my choice."

"Picked this place based on reviews. People are friendly. But service is lacking. The technician didn't scrub my feet or even inspected to see what needed to be taken care of. I even payed extra expecting deep exfoliating on my feet. All the work was done on my calves and just quick two second trim down on the nails. For the price I paid I expected my feet to be buttery soft. I was left with visible skin and scaliness on my feet. I even went to complain and the girl just did a two second scrub on just the heel. For the price it's the not the quality I expected. I'll keep looking. The pictures are of each foot. Don't bother going."

"Been coming here for 5 years.. always been an amazing experience... today I brought my 6 year old daughter to get some "Hello Kitty" nails for her birthday.. and they did such an amazing job!!! Manicurist did it by hand WOW !!! I recommend to everyone"
