"UPDATE!! They were fast and happy to fix my nails. Im glad i called them and came back. Leon and Lami did amazing! See my updated pictures. (The last two pictures) I will definitely be back. I know who to ask for now! :) • • • Very sloppy work! The guy (Truong Le) that did my nails has zero customer service skills. He was watching something on his Facebook the entire time. He scrubbed my feet with absolutely no soap or sugar scrub….but put sugar scrub on my legs. When I mentioned it to him he tried to tell me that he did put it on there. No sir, you did not but whatever. I told him I wanted thin french tip polish with the sides long. I even described it and showed him. He didnt do it. I drew out the design on my ring finger and he couldn’t seem to understand what I was saying. He didn’t understand how to make the lines thinner by removing some of the polish. He didn’t understand the concept of placing the brush on the edges of my nails so that the lines went all the way across. He left my old pink polish on my nails and then polished on top of it. He put extremely thick layers of gel polish instead of taking his time and doing thin layers. So now my nails look lumpy and not smooth. The clear top coat doesn’t even cover the whole nail either. The french tips are not uniform or crisp. I kept telling him that there was a green hair from the towel stuck to my nail. I asked him to remove it before he put the top coat on. He asked me which nail and then ignored my request. Now it just looks like a crack is in my french tip. I remember when $25 french tip air brush nails looked better than this! I paid $91 for poor service. No pride in his work at all. And he made me feel like I was bothering him by asking him to fix imperfections. Im paying for this, I should be satisfied with my results! Its a basic, classic french design. Its not rocket science!! The last two pictures is of what I asked for."

"The salon is clean and nail technicians are polite. I didn't make an appointment but only had to wait a few minutes. I can't say my pedicure was the most relaxing experience, because despite my telling him not to mess with my ingrown toenail, he continued to dig the sharp tool into it. On the plus side, he got rid of my dry skin and now my feet are very soft. I got a full set with gel polish. As you can see in the picture, they came out nicely but I was shocked at how much they charged because of the nail art, they tacked on $16. I've paid less for more elaborate designs elsewhere. I might return for a pedicure but will get my fills done somewhere else."
