"Poor job on a gel manicure, he missed the sides, didn’t have me wash my hands at all, the table was full of nail dust and he used the towel for his own lap, didn’t use oil, didn’t put on enough polish, didn’t file them at the end and took another customer immediately. Someone else cleaned it up, but there was glue and polish all on the end of my fingers. Would NOT recommend."

"I'm disappointed with the acrylic refill I received at the salon. They struggled to match the existing color, and upon closer inspection, the work is poorly done. I got a color change in my toes and the acrylic refill and paid $65 for minimal improvement – the result is hardly distinguishable from the initial state. Overall, not satisfied with the outcome."

"Very interesting establishment, whe. I had called I was told is Tawas $35 for gel manicure, all was fine in the process, I had to ask for 3 color coats and 2 top coats for more secure and color depth of tue color for the gel. The woman doing my nails seemed nervous and understanding. The one thing that they don't communicate on was the understanding of the length and width of my nail beds. Apparently, that was something they should be more clear on before starting my nails. When it came time for check out they told me it was $40, and I asked why dis it change they mentioned because my nail beds were considered long and wide it was more polish to use which I find very strange. I never met a location that charged based on your nail bed itself. Seems a bit judgemental if you ask me. I wont return it wasn't worth it if they are not clear before starting rhw process, plus my nails are not what I expect for the color I picked, she was trying to use minimal polish as possible which made my color come out Not as well of how the sample nail looked. Photos below for the nail pricing which they didn't even show me before hand thry had these hidden behind their cash desk"

"It was not a good investment today to visit this establishment. "To" was my esthetician. She is a nice lady, but made many mistakes. Her Cosmetology certificate has a date from 2017. So I would assume she has a good amount of experience under her belt right? Apparently not. The photos I shared are the final outcome of correcting issues I verbally let her know about. There was no yelling, no one pointed fingers, nor was a scene made. I am not an esthetician myself which is why I frequent Nail salons. 'Elegant Nails' did not provide me with elegant nails. > did not leave me with clean nails > did not clean the skin around the nails > the finished gel result was drooping > did not apply nail polish nor top coat to the complete nail surface > the Gel polished 'bubbled' after 2nd UV exposure, had to rebuff the nail, and did not come out with that shiny look > Cat eye look is not as promised >finish result still had small bubbles on the surface, but because I got a glittery cat eye you can't see it from above only side view This was my first visit, it was busy on the pedicure side (about 8 customers), manicure was 3 customers including myself. Price paid was $42 (no dicount given) Final result of nails 2/5 Cleanliness of environment 3/5 (they didnt disinfect work space, plastic divider is dirty, no change of gloves between customer) Wait time 5/5 (I called in advance to verify availability) Family friendly. Yes Overall unsatisfactory."
