"This is a total scam. I had a tire with less than 300 miles come apart and The claims department says it's not covered. A pot hole totally destroyed another tire and again the claims department comes up with another reason to not cover the claim. Don't waste hard earned money on Tire Shield coverage because they will not cover anything."

"Hit a tire on the highway and had two damaged wheels and tires because of it. Of course it was on a Saturday so I spoke to the weekend call rep and she told me next steps and expectations. They spoke with the shop doing the work, I sent over pictures of the damage and receipt and the check was in the mail within 2 weeks. Would have been sooner but we had to wait a week due to finding the right wheels. This policy had more than paid for itself now and we’re so thankful for how well our claim was handled."

"Denied my pre-authorized claim unless I spend more money and do extra effort not originally asked of me, now I'm out either time or money...may not be worth it to trust them with either of yours. I would give an extra half-star for having nice/friendly interactions."

"We purchased this through the dealer where we bought our travel trailer. BEWARE of this company. They want you to hold on to or have the company that changed your tire to hold it for 5 days. Send pictures of the damage, along with reciepts and the first page of the contract. I talked to the same person each time I called and she lied to me saying it wasn't her but they kept track of the calls. She couldn't tell me who I had spoken to on the previous calls. If you don't call within a 15 to 20 min of sending the email, the void everything. NOT WORTH WHAT YOU PAY!"

"Beware that you must keep the punctured tire for inspection. Read the contract thoroughly; I didn’t see that on the contract and they would not reimburse me for the tire even though the tire center was willing to support my claim. Who keeps a flat tire?! Typical insurance company. You have to jump through their claim hoops to get your money. I’m very unhappy. It’s irrational to think that a person would have a claim on a one year old RV tire unless it were PUNCTURED!"
