"Not sure I would go here to do anything but an oil change. The services I asked for couldn’t be completed in one day oil change/rotation and balance and the suggested diff oil replacement. They only completed oil and diff oil on the first day after waiting 2 hours, and asked that I come back tomorrow to complete the rest of the service. Had I known this before they checked me in, I would’ve just come back when they could complete all services at once. I was assured at checkin time that they would be able to complete all service in this one visit. The next day I came back to complete the last bit of services and it about 4 hours to complete. Probably won’t go back to this location to get anything done outside of an oil change."

"From the second I pulled up, everyone was so nice and welcoming! The person that checked me in was kind and told me what to expect, then lead me into the lounge. The service itself took 5 minutes and the check out was quick, too. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this Jiffy Lube for all smog needs!"

"Wonderful friendly staff. Went through everything with me without any pressuring up sales. They checked and topped off all my fluids, checked air pressure and even vacuumed the floors. I highly recommend."

"Not a great experience. The place was busy on a Saturday BUT. After I was driving home I noticed that my freshly washed vehicle had dirty windows which I cleaned when I got home. I was also told that part of your oil change process is to vacuum the floors...That didn't happen! I also notice I was charged $9.99 for a drain plug! I have a 2020 Chevy Equinox and have done many of my own oil changes over my 40+ years of driving and never had to replace the drain plug. I suspect I was up charged (screwed) out of an additional $10 because they were trying to up my charges. I REAALY WONDER WHAT OTHER THINGS DID NOT GET DONE THAT I PAID FOR! Depending on your response to me I may recommend too all my friend to avoid using Jiffy Lube in the future."

"I have been going here for over four years and it has always been a great experience. The staff are kind and always take time to listen to concerns, walk you to the waiting room, and open your doors. They are not pushy to get extra things done, but always bring the options. I recently had squeaky brakes I was concerned about. They checked them out for me, free of charge, and were honest in telling me they looked fine, just needed some lubrication. They then did that for me as well. They could have easily lied and made $400 off me to replace them! I trust this location and believe they strive to be honest and bring good, genuine service to their customers."
